I seem to be left out of instances is it me?

On afew occasions I have asked for help and rarely get
I have been promised to be helped in running instances and was let down with broken promises or left out. I hope not to have to leave the guild because of this. Please understand that I usually am not one to complain but I thought I should let you know my feelings on this.

Im truly am sorry you feel left out, I personally try to help any of my guildies out if they need it.
(I can't be everywhere helping everyone at once it's impossible).
I reward other guild members for helping each other out and that is one way rank is achieved, if I see or hear of someone asking for help like for a instance, run-through, quest,whatever and someone says "Yes I will help"
I will nine times out of ten promote that person.
Sorry you did not have the patience to find that out.

If I ever log back in, I'll see to helping with whatever I can. Just depends on the level, though.
